Difitek is invited to speak at the 6th international conference on payments and security in financial institutions, co–organized by the Banking Association for Eastern and Central Europe (BACEE) and the Institute of Banking Education of the National Bank of Slovakia (IBV NBS), in Bratislava, Slovakia, on 4 and 5 of June, 2019. Difitek Chairman Jouko Ahvenainen will represent the company in Budapest.
BACEE was founded in 1996 with the goal of promoting business relations of its member banks with financial institutions of Central and Eastern Europe, and it can now counts on 26 banks from 14 banks among their members. The organization holds regular seminars, conferences and training courses to share its experience with the broader banking community.
The aim of the conference is to bring together finance and payments professionals with cyber security experts to consider and discuss new safe payment methods and the future of money.
Our Chairman Jouko Ahvenainen will participate in a roundtable with Martin Peter, Head of Banking Department, Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, Peter Géc, Senior Partner, Infinity Consulting, Francesco Burelli, Subject Matter Expert, Editorial Advisory Board at GlobalData, discussing the changing ecosystem in payments – payment technology for alternative service providers of today and in the future – cross industry cooperation.
